  • Selection and recruitment of qualified trainees and seafarers
  • Structured Cadet Programs and upgrading, with value-added trainings for seasoned seafarers
  • Managing the career progression of seafarers from trainee to Management Level officers, Petty Officers and Cooks via constant mentoring, coaching and training
  • Crewing expertise for different types of vessel, always considering the Client’s specific requirements
  • Arranging all required documents and licenses in accordance to international, national and Client specific requirements, including, but not limited to Medical Certificate, Flag State documents, Visas, Contract etc.
  • Arranging supply of working gears as per Client’s specification.
  • Payment of all mandatory governmental fees prior dispatch and during onboard contract of the seafarer

  • Assisting and local handling of P+I related crew claims
