- Selection and recruitment of qualified trainees and seafarers
- Structured Cadet Programs and upgrading, with value-added trainings for seasoned seafarers
- Managing the career progression of seafarers from trainee to Management Level officers, Petty Officers and Cooks via constant mentoring, coaching and training
- Crewing expertise for different types of vessel, always considering the Client’s specific requirements
- Arranging all required documents and licenses in accordance to international, national and Client specific requirements, including, but not limited to Medical Certificate, Flag State documents, Visas, Contract etc.
- Arranging supply of working gears as per Client’s specification.
- Payment of all mandatory governmental fees prior dispatch and during onboard contract of the seafarer
- Facilitation of Cash to Master
- Assisting and local handling of P+I related crew claims
- Arranging accommodation for the seafarer in adjacent dormitory prior deployment and after arrival from onboard assignment
- Facilitation of Family Health Insurance for the seafarer and their dependents
- Organizing Crew Conference and Seminars as required by Clients
- Arranging Union Membership as required by Clients
- Supporting the existence of Seafarer’s Wife Association by facilitating livelihood program training and social gatherings for seafarer’s family.
